Dawson is the founder and lead stylist behind The Reveal. Known for creating hair that feels as good as it looks, Dawson blends high-level artistry with a deeply human approach to beauty. Every appointment is treated as a personalized experience—rooted in care, connection, and intention. With a belief that true transformation happens when clients feel seen and heard, Dawson designed The Reveal as a space for clients to slow down, recharge, and leave feeling fully restored.

Shannon Lukaszewicz is The Reveal’s first Fellow, part of the salon’s advanced fellowship program. A 2022 beauty school graduate, Shannon brings an already exceptional level of talent and natural skill to her craft, paired with a deep desire to become even better. Under the mentorship of Dawson, she is intentionally refining her technique, expanding her knowledge, and developing her own elevated approach to hair. Thoughtful, motivated, and highly detail-driven, Shannon is currently accepting new client inquiries and appointments at fellowship pricing.
